What the village asks for on a re-roof
Royal Palm Beach lists the documents for each type of re-roof. Every one needs a Planning and Zoning pre-check, a re-roof affidavit, a roof specifications sheet and the product approvals for the materials. Concrete tile and membrane re-roofs also need a moisture survey.
Everything is uploaded through the village’s e-permitting portal. Our office does it.
