Lantana was incorporated in 1921. More than half of its homes were built before 1980, according to Census Bureau estimates, and about one in five went up in the 1950s alone.
A house that old is rarely on its first roof. What matters now is the decking underneath. During a tear-off we inspect it and replace any rotted wood before the new roof goes on.

The town lists roofing projects among the work that needs a building permit. Its Building Division takes applications and plans by mail or in person, with a digital copy by email, and emails the applicant when the permit is ready to pick up. Our office handles all of it.
